When it comes to dieting for fat loss, I'm just like you and have always struggled with weight loss but in February 2001, I set out on a journey to get a six pack after being challenge and told that if I didn’t have the genetics for a six pack it wasn’t possible. I trained 3 times a day 6 days a week. At 4:30am 30 min hard cardio and heavy set workout; lunch high repetition workout; evening 1hr 15 min slow pace cardio. Ate a low carbohydrate diet, under 100 grams and treated myself to 1 meal twice a week and it worked. I was finally down to 6-7 percent body fat and a six pack, and as you can see above I finally did it.
During this process I had some very amazing discoveries about how to think eat and train for 24/7 fat loss and a lean tight midsection in a fraction of the time.
In 16 weeks I lost over 3o pounds of fat but over 20 pounds of that was in the last 8 weeks when I stopped working out 3 times a day. I had never been able to get through the dreaded plateau so easily.
Working out just 35 minutes a day and juicing on the weekends with one solid meal at the end of the day will surprise you.
The first weekend I was down 5 pounds and I continued to lose a little every weekend for the next 8 weeks. I coined this solution “The Weekend Diet”!!

The truth is about 35-minutes was all I really needed in the gym, but it took me years to figure it out and I discovered through my research that other top industry professionals were figuring out the same thing everywhere.
