About the Author
Julian D. Jackson born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, earned his degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia. His ability to quickly analyze and recommend multiple courses of action for problematic situations has set him apart as an instructor, coach, and leader. As a helicopter instructor pilot in the Army, he was well noted for his willingness to retrain the students other instructors had recommended for elimination and without fail got them through the program. As a little league baseball coach to avenge an earlier loss of 10-0, he motivated his players to a 6-5 victory to win the championship with a team that the league felt “wouldn’t do so well” after that first game. Parents of the children commented that the changes they noticed were not just on the field and that was something they had never experienced with other coaches. With fitness, the results he has gotten have saved military careers and improved hundreds of lifestyles which is his goal for all that are willing.
Whether it is kids in sports or adults seeking improvement, coaching and instructing this level of success could only be gained by a master of analysis and motivation. You will often hear Julian say “if you can’t reach them you can’t teach them”.
Julian has been a fitness instructor since 1989 specializing in educating and training the most defiant bodies. He is available for lectures, interviews, and seminars.
